Download either version of 'Brain Training for Peace and Calm' and start using DAILY.
This ~20-minute practice has elements of three different techniques designed to begin reprogramming your brain back to a calm state.
The importance of this practice is HUGE as your brain learns through repetition.
So, make your recovery a priority from the start by setting aside daily time for this consistent practice.
NOTE: A few things to remember....
1. Many clients report falling asleep during this program; that's entirely ok.
2. Some clients report their minds drifting off and they don't remember all the words that I say; that's ok too.
3. All of the clients report noticing changes in thoughts, feelings, behaviors and actions when they dedicate themselves to this practice; that's more than ok! (Be on the lookout to notice what changes for you.)
