These videos prep you for our meeting by giving you an introduction to important trauma recovery science and information. Plus, they also give you some things to think about so that we can make the most of our time together.
Each video offers educational and/or informational material, and then concludes with a quick exercise for you to do. In total, the videos will take about 60 minutes to watch.
